Hi I am Clems, I am a qualified personal trainer and will assist you in meeting your goals. I don’t simply watch you run on a treadmill in the gym, the design of each PT session is to be fun, varied, and functional. Each one-hour training session will focus on strength and resistance training supplemented with conditioning work. Whether you’re new to fitness or you’re a seasoned veteran, there is a personal training programme for you.
